Bottlefree Water Cooler - Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental is on a monthly basis, beginning the day after installation. 
  2. Bottlefree Vancouver will be responsible for inspection and maintenance service (every 6 months) to the bottlefree water cooler, including all necessary filter changes and repairs. If any cooler system is not repairable on site, Bottlefree Vancouver will supply a replacement system within two business days.
  3. The Customer is responsible for handling and use of the unit with reasonable care, and preventing the loss or damage of the filtration cooler system from careless use, theft, and other deliberate or accidental acts. Day-to-day cleaning of the exterior surface of the automatic filtration cooler systems shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Bottlefree Vancouver shall not be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by its customers or other individuals or businesses resulting from the failure of rented water filtration coolers and associated equipment through no fault of Bottlefree Vancouver, as product reliability is the primary responsibility of the manufacturer.
  5. The Customer is responsible for notifying Bottlefree Vancouver 2 weeks in advance for relocation of service to other premise(s).  Relocation of service is included in the all-inclusive rental.
  6. To terminate rental service, it is only necessary for the customer to give 30 days advance notice, and we will uninstall the filtration cooler system at no charge. Prepaid amounts will not be refunded
  7. These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time by Bottlefree Vancouver.

(Note)  "Bottlefree Vancouver" in the terms and conditions above refers to Bottlefree Vancouver, Burnaby BC. Our cooler rental operations in Ontario are contracted to Vio Systems Inc based in Richmond Hill, Barrie and Port Perry, Ontario.
